About Kincaid & Associates
Ms. Kincaid has over ten years in corporate accounting and finance experience. Prior to receiving her law degree, she worked with BellSouth’s cellular phone company (Cingular, now AT&T). She is General Counsel for VisionAIR, a software development company in Wilmington, NC. She has also worked for the North Carolina State Treasurer as an auditor and with Bell+Howell, an international company specializing in mail sorting machines, where she worked in financial management.
Ms. Kincaid is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, the New Hanover County Bar Association, the South Carolina Bar and the American Bar Association where she is a member of the business law section, intellectual property section, the wills and probate section, and the GP/Solo section.
Ms. Kincaid is also a member of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington Cameron Executive Network where she mentors business students and guest lectures on campus. She is also a member of the American Business Women’s Association.
Ms. Kincaid currently serves as the Board Chair for the Board of Directors for the Lower Cape Fear Communities in Schools chapter.
Ms. Kincaid earned a J.D. from North Carolina Central School of Law and a B.S.B.A., Business Administration, from the University of North Carolina – Charlotte and currently licensed to practice in North Carolina, South Carolina and the United States Tax Court.
